Coping with the loss of a beloved person is one of life’s great challenges — there is no timeline on how long the feelings of pain will last. It has been written that there are fives stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Some people will not even experience all five stages, as every individual grieves differently and uses a variety of outlets. The pang of grief will stay with you for as long as it needs and sometimes can stay embedded, lasting for months or years.
