Christine conducts monthly workshops to businesses and other organizations. During a 45-minute session, (possibly over breakfast/ lunch?) allow your employees to take a mini-break and enjoy learning how to balance life. The workshops are packed full of information such as learning good stress relievers, better organization, and carving out “me time” for self-care. The group will walk out of the session feeling refreshed and eager to handle the day.

Helping our community by paying it forward. Volunteering is a great way. Examples could include working at a pet therapy group (such as Perimeter Pet Pals), giving blood to children’s hospitals, or helping out at a hospice facility. Stretch yourself and enjoy the benefits of self growth.
